1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing, accessing, or placing an order on Fazal Oil (fazaloil.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and customers of our cold-pressed edible and therapeutic oils.

2. Nature of Products & Natural Characteristics

All oils produced by Fazal Oil are extracted using traditional slow wooden Kohlu (wooden press) techniques at temperatures strictly kept below 45°C. As a result:

• Our oils are 100% unrefined, unbleached, and free from synthetic deodorizers or mineral oils.
• A small amount of natural seed sediment may settle at the bottom of bottles over time. This is a recognized proof of unrefined purity and does not affect oil quality.
• Natural aromas (e.g. sharp pungency in mustard oil, sweet nutty scent in badam roghan) vary slightly between seed harvest seasons.

3. Pricing, Volume & Promotions

All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). While we strive to maintain accurate pricing, Fazal Oil reserves the right to correct any inadvertent typographical pricing errors. Promo codes apply to eligible orders as specified and cannot be stacked unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Placement & Verification

Orders placed on our website are initially categorized as Pending Verification. To prevent fraudulent shipments and incorrect addresses:

• Our support team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call on 0328-1400105 to confirm your address before parcel dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for providing an active, reachable Pakistani phone number and full delivery address.
• Fazal Oil reserves the right to cancel orders with unreachable phone numbers or incomplete addresses.

5. Shipping, Courier & Delivery Timelines

Orders are packaged at our Lahore mill and dispatched through certified courier partners (TCS, Trax, Leopards, PostEx). Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days across major cities, and 3 to 6 days for remote areas. Orders above Rs. 2,500 qualify for Free Nationwide Delivery. Orders below Rs. 2,500 have a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250.

6. 7-Day Hassle-Free Transit Damage Replacement

We stand 100% behind our packaging quality. If your parcel arrives damaged, broken, or leaking due to courier mishandling:

• Simply take a clear photo or short video of the damaged bottle and courier packaging.
• Send the proof to our WhatsApp at +92 328 1400105 within 7 days of delivery.
• We will immediately dispatch a free replacement bottle to your address at no additional shipping charge.

7. Storage & Safety Usage

Keep oils stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Bottles should remain securely sealed after each use. Therapeutic and cosmetic oils (such as castor oil, rosemary infusion, kalonji) should be patch tested on a small skin area before full application.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with orders shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
